How we use artificial intelligence

PBP Real Estate, LLC uses artificial intelligence in parts of its business. This page explains where it helps on HomeWontSell.com, where it does not, and who remains accountable.
The diagnostic and scorecard
The questions and scorecard use fixed, pre-approved rules applied to the answers you provide. The tool does not learn from you, search for information about you, or generate a property value. It does not produce an appraisal, broker price opinion, comparative market analysis, or estimate of what your property is worth.
Where AI helps
- Content and quality review. AI may assist with drafting, editing, testing, or organizing website and marketing content. A person reviews and approves consumer-facing material before publication.
- Communication and records. Approved systems may help organize a request, summarize information you provided, match county property records to mailing addresses, and route a request to the right person.
- Automated delivery. If you ask us to contact you, approved email may be sent automatically using wording reviewed in advance by a person.
What AI never does here
- It does not tell you what your home is worth or what to list it for.
- It does not give legal, tax, lending, or financial advice.
- It does not prepare, alter, sign, or send a contract for signature.
- It does not negotiate, make a decision about you, or perform an act requiring a real estate license.
- It does not describe who a property or neighborhood is suited to, or target, steer, or exclude anyone using a protected characteristic.
- It does not impersonate a person or fabricate a testimonial, property fact, or consumer review.
Human accountability
Gia Freer, Broker of Record of PBP Real Estate, LLC, holds supervisory responsibility for the firm's AI use. The firm maintains a written AI Use Policy and system register. A person is accountable for everything published or sent in our name. If something is wrong, contact us and we will verify and correct it.
Your information
We do not sell your personal information or use confidential client information to train public AI models. We use only firm-approved systems and limit information to what is needed for the stated purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
